Absentee ballot applications for the Fall, 2008 elections are available in the Town Clerk's office


Description:
Absentee ballot applications for the Fall, 2008 elections are available in the Groton Town Clerk?s office. If you are a registered voter and can not be present to vote between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm in any of the upcoming elections, you may vote by absentee ballot. To obtain an absentee ballot, complete an application with the Town Clerk. Ballots for each election will be forwarded when available.
ELECTION SCHEDULE AND DEADLINES
The remaining 2008 Town of Groton election schedule is:

Local Town Special Election October 7 September 17
Local Special Town Meeting October 20 October 10
Presidential Election November 4 October 1

The Precinct 1 polling location is the Groton Senior Center, Rt. 225. Precincts 2 and 3 vote at the Groton-Dunstable Middle School-North, Rt. 119.
