Pay Real Estate, Personal Property or Water District Taxes
For Real Estate, Personal Property, or Water District Taxes you may pay by either Electronic Check or Credit Card. If using an eCheck, there is no convenience fee. If paying by MasterCard or Visa, there will be a 3.2% convenience fee that will be added to your payment. The fee for your payment will be displayed before you finalize the transaction. This will allow you to see the cost of using the credit card and will give you the opportunity to cancel the transaction if you wish.
As of July 1, 2013 all payments for, real estate, personal property, water district and excise taxes, will be sent to the following address for processing.
