November 6th Presidential Election Absentee Ballot Applications Available Back |
 Absentee Ballot applications for the Tuesday, November 6, 2012 Presidential Election are now available
at the Town Clerk’s Office.
We are accepting applications for Absentee Ballots. The Town Clerk will mail the Ballots when received from the Commonwealth. Monday, November 5 at Noon is the last day and hour to request an
absentee ballot. All Absentee Ballots must be received by the Town Clerk by election day in order for us
to count them.
Massachusetts allows voters to vote by absentee ballot if they:
- will be absent from their city or town on election day, and/or
- have a physical disability that prevents their voting at the polling place, and/or
- cannot vote at the polls due to religious beliefs.
The voter registration deadline for the Presidential Election is Wednesday, October 17 at 8:00 PM. This
applies to new voters only. Currently registered voters do not have to re-register.
